The commission process can last from 2 - 5 weeks to 1 - 3 months+, depending on what is requested.
USE
- Copyright of the commission belongs to the artist. Clients are not allowed to import commission into NFT's or AI. Clients may profit off the commission once the fee is paid.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I RESERVE THE RIGHTS TO USE AND DISPLAY THE COMMISSION ON SOCIAL MEDIA AND MY PORTFOLIO; CAN BE KEPT PRIVATE IF I'M NOTIFIED AHEAD OF TIME.
ARTIST CREDIT IS REQUIRED IF POSTED PUBLIC OR IN USE.

- I DO NOT DO REFUNDS IF THE COMMISSION WAS AGREED UPON, PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND.( A refund can only be asked for in the instance I reached beyond the deadline with no verbal updates. )
- If the client has stopped responding within 1 week upon update, it will be considered completed unless decided otherwise, and there will be no refunds.USAGE OF AI
Use of AI in any kind, shape or form is prohibited. By checking the box below or commissioning me, you agree to my TOS and to never use my art in AI.Not to train AI, not to ‘enhance’ my work, not to add or change it in any way. That includes uses like ‘Grok’, ‘ChatGPT’, ‘Sora AI’ and any other AI tools, This applies in pass, present and future commissions with me.The usage of AI on my artwork will result in any and all licenses being revoked effective immediately. This includes personal licenses, monetized content licenses, and commercial licenses.In case of the TOS being broken, a takedown of the work will be issued. If needed, a legal process can be started by the artist.
